Once again the Land Rover Horse of the Year show in Hastings was a fantastic week for VANI, catching up with existing clients and meeting lots of new clients. We were so lucky to be able to fit in quite a few clients to see before the Covid19 lockdown restrictions hit! Get in touch if you missed out and would like a visit over the next few months!

Land Rover Horse of the Year was once again a great event for VANI and we enjoyed talking to loads of horse owners about gastrointestinal health and equine nutrition. We offered fecal pH testing throughout the week which proved a hit and provided some really interesting findings with some horses readings. Travel and stress obviously have a huge effect on the equine microbiome and bacterial populations in the hindgut and means it is important to try and keep your horses gut and diet as stable as possible during these times.

23rd - 26th November 2017 - VANI is thrilled to be coming to the first ever Equitana in New Zealand at the ASB Showgrounds, Auckland, New Zealand. Visit us at site 610 and join us for our interactive demonstrations on Thursday and Saturday. VANI will be running 1 day practical based workshops in December this year. Eventlocations may include the Manawatu, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Waikato, Auckland and Northland. Exact event locations TBC. Let us know if you are interested in attending and we will put your name on the list! Spaces are limited to 10 per workshop so sign up early to avoid disappointment. In the workshops we will cover: Basic nutrient requirements of horses, Practical feeding recommendations for NZ conditions, Diet balancing workshop, Individualised feeding programme for your horse. Cost for the workshop is $150 per person.
